Conversation Data: We collect and store conversations between your visitors and your chatbot, including any information visitors voluntarily provide during those conversations (such as email addresses, phone numbers, or responses to qualification questions).
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, device information, and referring URLs.

If you delete a chatbot, its associated content and conversation data are permanently removed within 30 days. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
